Server Colocation

The server rack is closed and access to it is strictly controlled. Only authorized employees of the company can access the servers in the presence of Telia employees.

• 2 (redundant) C13, C19 or CEE 7/4 power supply sockets;
• redundant 100 Mbps internet connection (2×1 UTP or fiber connection);
• 4 public IP addresses.

The data center offers high-quality and high-performance data transmission and Internet services from Telia and other operators. The data center’s telecommunications infrastructure and connections to the Telia network nodes are completely duplicated.

Qualified Telia specialists will perform work with the customer’s equipment in 24/7 mode according to the customer’s instructions, if the application with a detailed job description is received at least 2 hours before the start of work. You can ask us:

• install, replace and configure equipment components;
• pin the cables and check the connection indicators;
• visually inspect the equipment to help solve problems remotely;
• replace, uninstall, take inventory and mark equipment;
• move equipment within the customer’s rented cabinets;
• to perform the dismantling of the equipment instead of the customer in the event of contract termination.
